In order to be successful, strong interpersonal skills are needed in order to develop and keep relationships among these potential buyers, sellers, and renters. Agents must be open, friendly, and present trustworthiness in order to attract clients.
Persuasion skills- Real estate sales agents should have the ability to be persuasive in order to convince potential clients of their ability to sell real property, and to persuade customers to buy any available properties on the market.
Problem-solving skills- Real-estate sales agents are faced with new challenges daily. The need for problem-solving skills to effectively manage client requests is a necessity. Agents also mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
